Competition Format

For reasons of expedience, this year the WCC will use GitHub and E-Mail for all official communication purposes. In future years we will have private hosting, E-Mail lists, chat rooms, and access to a reference machine, in addition to GitHub.

Language

All language used in the official discussion and official entry materials must be English.

Qualification

The WCC is worldwide and open to all entrants, even anonymous ones. For entrants, there is a 10$ USD entry fee per entry. If you are a member of an institution such as a school, your institution may be able to to pay your entry fee. There is no fee to be a judge. The entry fees help support the WCC and avoid disingenuous entries. If you do not want to pay the entry fee, you can request a fee waiver in your application E-Mail, just tell us why.

Discussion

All public discussion is conducted using public repositories on GitHub.
